I like the Hydroplane shave cream better than any other shave cream I’ve ever used. It remains slick, the blade glides across my face and helps prevent the irritation that I’ve experienced with other shave creams. When I placed my order for Hydroplane, I clicked on After Shave rather than Hydroplane by accident, when I received my order, I contacted customer service and asked if I could get a replacement. Joy responded almost immediately, with a return shipping label. I sent the After Shave back and received the Hydroplane shave cream within a few days. Every single aspect of this transaction was perfect (except my ability to order correctly.) Billy Jealousy fixed it, and was above and beyond understanding and helpful. I truly appreciate that in this day and age where if it’s not in a category that is in a drop-down it is ignored. Really top-notch customer service. I’m very happy with my purchase.
