My order was delivered promptly within a week of making my order. Prior to this order I had purchased from BFB some color samples, so I knew which color was the best match, however, it’s good to note that BFB includes a sample of the color along with your order, so you can check to see if the color in the package is still what you are seeking before opening the main package thus allowing you to return or exchange if needed.

Shipping took awhile. So happy with my purchase though! Great quality hair. Love how they look in my hair. Perfect color also!
