Everything went well with the shipping and website. I selected the recommended toner, facial cleanser and serum. I’ve tried it for about 5 weeks now and still no results. I feel like my skin is a little worse than before. I was hoping for at least some clearing up but none so far. Very disappointed

Shipping took a while and the product doesn’t work for me

Ordering process was easy. Item was packed well and was aesthetically pleasing. However the product doesn't seem to help in any way after a month of usage.

I ordered the full range of items. Packaging is nice, and the products are decent, however I do not think they are worth the price. The cloud cleanser has a strong grandma-esque floral fragrance, and the whole routine made my skin oilier than ever. I asked for a reformulation as I was not satisfied, but a representative told me that I cannot get a reformulation as advertised because they only offer those for allergic reactions. Had I known this, I would not have purchased. It's not the worst skincare I have used but definitely not the best, and can buy better products for a fraction of the price elsewhere.
