Experience was fine product was not

i was pretty satisfied with the speed of reply when i sent in some queries. the staff was really helpful and friendly too. was only a bit disappointed when i received a different formula of serum because they ran out of stock for my usual serum and i was not exactly informed about it until i asked. there was also some trouble with the payment because they charged me for the eye serum though it was out of stock but the issue was settled quickly with one of the staff

Found the service to be lacking. I ordered the eye cream and the website said is was available but they didn't have stock and held up my other products by 4 weeks I ended up opting for another moisturiser. They express posted the order but it still took some time. I would have offered me a free eye cream to be sent when they arrived, but no such outstanding service was to be given. Products are ok, I'm not impressed though. Bit overpriced for what you get. Fairly bland, though I like the smell of the day serum. Only been using for a couple of weeks, no noticeable difference yet. Moisturisers feel a bit heavy.

It was shocking that you “made in Switzerland” but ship from Singapur?! Of course I want your products but it was really bad that I had to pay extra taxes to get them. I thought they gonna come at least from the EU. The service providers however were answering very fast and kind.
