Shipping honestly took quite a while but outside of that it was worth the wait!

Shipping took absolutely forever but the good communication and customer service made up for it. I was sent email updates on shipping delays and whenever I had queries, responses were very prompt.

Shipping takes a while to reach me and tracking details only available after I have received my order... Hope the shipping service can be improved.

Delivery was relatively quick, though i didn't receive any messages nor email updates about the delivery and tracking number. Products were good, and absolutely loved the reversible and informative packaging.
