Besame service is incredible. I emailed customer service to report that an item that was listed as packed on the packing slip was actually not included. They got back to me VERY quickly and told me in detail how they would solve the situation with minimal effort on my part. Besame again proved themselves to be a customer centered organization. I received my replacement within days (it was over a weekend). Can’t say enough about Besame’s customer service. Rate them number one!
