Been using Benecta for maybe 3 months or so, after undertaking a 1 month trial. Really like the effect it is having. Took a few weeks to kick in but I have 18 hole energy on the golf course as opposed to 12 or 14. I'm 67 and hope this will keep me fuelled to carry on playing golf to a satisfactory level for a long time.
