Taken for 1 month. May have helped my knees. Stopping now to see if they get worse again.

It's a bit early to say what impact Benecta has had on my wife and I since we are only six weeks into the programme but we remain confident that we'll feel better for taking them. We'll comment more fully later.

Have used benecta now for approximately 2 months but as yet have not noticed any discernible benefits.

Does it work? Hard to say without stopping taking it now. Do I feel more energetic? - possibly but is it just because for £40 / month I feel as though I should be? Do I feel more supple? Possibly but maybe again because I'm now taking more care in general it's simply a spin off from that. Am I convinced that it's worth £40 / month? - probably not
