I was not a fan
I was not a fan of the $9.99 3-day shipping rate for the 2 items I purchased. Especially, when my order didn’t arrive in 3 days it took a week. I would prefer to pay $4.99-5.99 for the product to arrive in a week.
Also, I received another customers order and after emailing Beauty Within, Kai was able to get a new order sent out to me. For the inconvenience, I was able to keep the products, which I did enjoy. However, I was upset that Kai never reached out to the other customer to get her order corrected. When the other customer received her order she called me to ask if I had her order. lol It was quite comical. She wanted me to ship her items to her! I asked her to check her email because surely Kai would have notified her of the issue I reported 5 days before!? Nope, nothing. She agreed to contact Beauty Within after I explained the issue should be addressed by the company & I most definitely will not pay shipping again for the company’s error.
Needless to say, if I could get my hands on these 2 products through another site I would. I do not want to do business with a company that doesn’t rectify their mistakes and charges high shipping rates. Come on Beauty Within shipping department, put yourself in the customers shoes. These products are not free or cheap and neither was the shipping. You should’ve contacted the other customer before she contacted you!
