I tried emailing this question to Beautyologie, but all emails are non receiving, including the one seeking a review— so, here it is. I ordered Woo rosehip oil. The oil does not come out of the can except in a rare portion of a drop after a lot of effort- making the product unusable. Could I have received a defective spout? Is there a method I should try to improve flow? No way of knowing, since Beutyologie sends emails that do not accept replies from customers.

The package was open, the bottle was half full, liquified and used.
