I didn’t receive what I originally ordered the Ruby pink gel coat you sent me the pink gel coat I prefer the Ruby pink gel coat

It took over a week to get here. Another item I ordered from a different company took ONE DAY. And they didn't charge for shipping! Not going to use Beauty Bridge again.

Bought a product I don’t like. I’m throwing it away instead of returning

Goods are expected to arrive on/before Oct. 15th. Still not here!!! When asking for support where the goods are, because from our side, we cannot get any info from the forwarding agency, we did not get a sufficient answer. Poor service.

I would buy much more if the internatioal shipping costs were cheaper. I have to wait for offers most of the times. I like to buy trough the amazon.co.uk store because of the shipping rates but the products selection is smaller and the prices are different. And very important, the huge amount of out of stock items, especially in the sales category. It's crazy, there are more products out of stock than in stock. And the restocking never comes back. In the other hand, I am very happy with the brands selection, very good quality on the whole site. And the customer care service is awesome too.
