The product took a little long to arrive. Shipping was excessive. And after all of that, the color was not at all like the image shown online.

Took quite awhile to receive. A bit pricey for 1. 7 oz. Have not tried yet.

Customer service was pleasant when the shipping of my product took way too long!

I placed an order for two items and after it went through a short time afterwards I received a notification that one of the items which was a set of skin care products was no longer available. I was told that I would receive a refund, but haven’t gotten one yet. The other item arrived in more or less a timely manner, but I wasn’t impressed with the flimsy envelope that it was sent in via the US Postal Service. True the glass bottle was packaged in a cardboard container by the manufacturer, but it could have been easily crushed in transit without a sturdier protective shipping envelope or small box.
