I am so happy that I pulled the trigger and ordered beam. After watching a lot of elite CrossFit Athletes using it and also reading up on its benefits and such, it was worth the plunge to obtain better sleep. I love that I can have my "adult hot chocky" every night while I wind down, go to bed, and have a restful night sleep. My WHOOP and Eight Sleep definitely tell me that I'm sleeping better because my recovery has stayed in the high yellow and greens so much more than before!
