Love my Dream Beam! The hot cocoa cinnamon flavor is such a tasty treat and an important piece to my nigh time wind down routine. Love sipping on it while reading a book or watching an episode on Netflix.

More consistent and better deep sleep than I’ve ever gotten

It just works. I sleep every single night I drink it, and while it can't magically fix a bad sleep schedule - you can even feel especially groggy if you don't set aside seven or so hours - it's been a huge relief knowing I won't be stirring in bed for hours on end anymore. The original Cocoa flavor is fairly tasty in milk, but Sea Salt Caramel is legitimately delicious. Customer Support has been very accommodating and responsive to specific requests. If you're serious about getting your sleep habits back in gear, accept no substitute.
