There are individuals in my family that have trouble sleeping. I heard about beam so I thought I would give it a try. It has been a few weeks and I can report both of them seem to think that Beam has been helpful in providing better sleep. They don't take it every night but have used it many times and when I asked if they wanted a refill both definitely did.

It is great. Gets me a restful sleep without feeling tired in the morning.
