It's rare to require quip support, since their products are top quality but, when they cannot control everything and the postman doesn't treat your packages carefully, it's great to know they'll be there to put things right! My replacement mouthwash arrived safe and sound, although its box was badly treated, again. . . Time to have a chat with the postie.
