No come back whatsoever

Not great. Waiting for information on shipping and have not received a personal response, only computer generated.

Poor customer service. I have spent hundreds of dollars and was given a code to share to friends and family... 20 dollars off... literally posted the code as directed on to my Facebook and the code did not work. Contacted customer service and went back and forth on email regarding it, with ultimately the representative saying that the code DID work. It did not. I sent another email with a picture at “check out” that a family member received after trying to use the code, indicating it didn’t work. Never heard back. So disappointing...
