Package Never Received/Still Charged For Shipping
Unfortunately I never received my package. The tracking status said package was at a nearby facility waiting to be delivered for about 2 weeks straight with no updates.
When asked if they were trying to investigate what happened with the 1st order to ensure that it didn’t happen again, they said there were a lot of delays and errors with shipping to no fault of their own and then suggested I have my products shipped to another address. I thought that was odd.
If shipping is out of their control and there is no explanation for what happened then why would I place another order and why do I need to use another address?
Long story short, they said they would give me a FULL REFUND if that’s what I preferred. I said yes and they refunded me all but the shipping costs. After all that they still thought it acceptable to charge the consumer for the shipping of a package that was never received.
No one responded to my inquiry of the partial refund.
