My 14 year old son, with eczema allows me to apply the balm each day around his mouth and over his eye-lids. This is massive step forward, as these are trouble areas. the balm does not sting, which is such a blessing. Although the balm is initially thick, with the heat from the skin, it softens up and feels much less caked within a few minutes. It also means it covers the problem areas well, getting into all those eczema cracks.
