It's an amazing product, that does what is promised it will do as long as you make it a daily routine twice a day. I will never turn to any other product because this has been the only one that has been successful with taking my pain away in my knee that I injured 9 years ago. it is good but I had to take 3 to 4 pills a day to give me the energy I need it. but I do like it & will order it again, needs more ginger
