Product is good but impossible to get it out of the refill. I have to shake it hard or leave it upside down to hope to get 3 pumps,super frustrating

I was really excited to use this but 1) it doesn’t plug into my phone with my otter box symmetry phone case on and 2) it is very difficult to see any details on medium darkness neutral tone skin. Either I have sun damage everywhere or I have no sun damage at all bc I don’t see any spots, just a dark shade everywhere. Disappointed with this product, wish I could return it. If you have darker skin tones, don’t waste your time or money
