Ok, first off I am a single and healthy 31 year old male. Why did I buy this? I recently retired from the automotive industry after 5 years and to combat the effects of the toxic fumes in that environment over the years on my body, I figured this would improve my sperm quality, with hopes that if tomorrow life blessed me with the right partner to start a family with I’d be ready and able. I do practice abstinence, however let me be very honest, I took this product the very same night that it arrived after my last meal before bed and…. Same night I had a VERY messy nocturnal release midway through my sleep. Again, I don’t know if coincidentally it had a very fast effect on me, perhaps I’m hyper responsive to it, but it so happened to fall on the very same night as I started taking it, so don’t take my word, perhaps it was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I did notice, the elasticity of it was smoother which after some research it means that sperm has more mobility. Again, I’m only taking this as preventative method since I run a health lifestyle business and I encourage self improvement methods to anyone looking to improve their overall health and lifestyle and being informed about certain supplementation is one of my interests. Take my review as a self experimental trial.
