I had a great experience hiring from Babycare TENS. The ordering process was very smooth and communication throughout was excellent, with clear shipping updates, tracking emails and regular notifications so I always knew when to expect delivery. The machine arrived exactly when expected, three weeks before my due date, which was very reassuring and gave us plenty of time to familiarise ourselves with it. The return process was also very simple as a prepaid tracked envelope was included, making it easy to send everything back once it was no longer needed. The only small improvement I would suggest would be a confirmation email once the machine has been received back, as that would provide a little extra peace of mind. Overall, a very professional and reliable service that I would happily recommend.
