I have used several lash serums in the past. One caused my lashes to fall out, and another resulted in a red ring around my lash line. However, I have not experienced these issues with Babe, which I have been using for approximately six months. I applied it consistently for about eight weeks until I observed results, and now I use it twice a week to both conserve product and prevent any redness around the lash line (just in case). Since reducing my usage, I have not noticed any decrease in the effectiveness of the product, which has been a pleasant surprise. Additionally, I am impressed with their customer service—they responded promptly and were very understanding.
