AVANA COMFORT

Delivery was prompt, product of good quality and perfect size for our queen mattress. Lower score as it unfortunately has done nothing for my heartburn at night.

Highly adjustable/configurable for multiple positions and different body types. But I found this pricey foam kit too hard for prolong usage. The design of the Avana 4 piece support pillow set is spot on. The two piece back scoop and scoop rest allows you to change the position from very upright to nearly laying very easily. But the underlying materials are too firm. For me (5’-9”, 145lbs) I found that the surface of the pillow is quite stiff and becomes uncomfortable. They tried to address this problem with an addition of a 1” memory foam face but that just isn’t enough. Similar to if you tried to use a 1” thick bed pillow to comfort your head at night. That’s why pillows are so much thicker to cradle the body. The foam below the memory foam is pretty dense to keep its shape and it does not conform to the body. The head pillow really suffers from this problem and I end up using a regular bed pillow. I found the cover to be soft and the best feature of this set. Long term, I may try to visit an upholstery shop and have a custom foam cut (same profile to fit in existing cover) with 2-3” of soft facing foam, in order to solve the stiffness problem. Lastly is price. At the time of this writing the Avana Kind 4 piece bed support system was priced at $180; for $20 worth of foam and covers. Still the design is well done. I would rate it a “C” About my rating: 5 stars – Exceeds all expectations. Better than the competition in all aspects, design, cost, operation, and support (A+). 4 stars – Nicely done. Better than the competition and solves the problem. (B) 3 stars – Works as expected. Has some shortcomings but gets the job done. Might be short in design, cost, longevity, or support. (C). 2 stars – Falls short of expectations and needs improvement. Pass and look elsewhere. (D) 1 star – Fails miserably. Does not get the job done, might even make things worse. Someone at the company should be fired. (F)

Tried to see if I can return this item. Emails sent but no reply. Very disappointed. Even if it's not returnable, maybe respond to the emails?

Product is ok but their marketing & sales departments are sleazy. Shipping information is hidden so you get charged for service you don’t get. Find an alternative if at all possible

I never received my product. And they still have not responded back from my reply that I have not received my mask.
