I had ordered my products on a Sunday through the ASN online store. On the Monday Shana from the online store contacted me by phone to let me know that they unfortunately were out of stock in a certain flavour I had requested. Another flavour was chosen and the order was dispatched that day. Shana had an excellent phone manner and really helped me out. I appreciated the phone call from her to choose a second flavour instead of just receiving whatever they had left. The order arrived on the Tuesday so I was extremely happy!
