until now i have not received the items i ordered during black friday

No product

Never received the items. Ordered 01/12/23, 17 days ago. There is no costumer service and the website states that the order is fulfillled.

Still haven’t received order. No reply to emails querying it, tracking order doesn’t work.

I am hoping the product turns up soon.
