I recently purchased The Handyman Shaver and it arrived very quickly. Beautifully crafted device, well balanced and I was all set to use it. Unfortunately, the unit wouldn't charge or start. 😕 I contacted the support staff via email (which BTW took some searching in the website) and I got an immediate response. The unit was replaced with another unit, which also was delivered very fast. Amazing device. Works really well and is such a time saver. No mess, easy to clean and ready for the next use. Thanks guys.
