One med that I take causes muscle weakness & an insurance counselor through work encouraged me to take the spray. I did & the weakness is better. The Asutra magnesium oil spray causes diarrhea if taken too much so I only use 3 sprays a day. Three sprays a day has helped me to keep walking without a cane or walker and that’s the ultimate goal. I like the spray because I already take too many pills. I’m elderly & retired and don’t want to be chair bound. Thank you for your product. Hope you never stop putting it out.
