This product fits the bill for many of the nutrients I was in search of for my autistic son to help with his gut health. I mix a half scoop in his ice water bottle every day (he doesn’t drink any juices) along with Ella Ola unflavored multivitamin powder, I use a coffee/frother blender to help, and he doesn’t notice! (I think the ice helps).
