I started giving this product (paired with the Bio Heal Pro+) a few months ago to my daughter and son and I could tell within a few weeks the difference it has made. They have both been more vocal which is what they have struggled most with. My daughter is very selective with what she eats and I am able to hide these vitamins in your morning yogurt. The only Con is it is not colorless so it does tinge the color of the food you put it in. Thankfully my daughter has gotten used to the new color of her yogurt but something to be mindful of for others who may not be so accepting. All in all I am very pleased with these vitamins.
