Don't send me more smells like perfume

I have tried to return this item the day after I received the package and still not able to do so . Can I return the package to the address that is on the package?

Ordered the foundation mousse, they sent me a lip balm… reached out and they gave me a 15% off coupon for my next order.. won’t be ordering again if I don’t get what I ordered and paid for the first time. I also paid over $30 for the foundation that I never received
