Shipped wrong item
Love the products, but they shipped me the wrong item. I’ve sent two messages to customer service about this. They didn’t respond To the first. They sent an automatic response to the second saying they were forwarding it to their service team for further processing, but so far no one has tried to reach me. That was 4 days that they responded. I sent my original message June 14. Was supposed to receive magic finish perfect me transparent, but they shipped me the normal mousse in skin tone
