Extremely poor service and customer service. I’ve waited 5 weeks for an order that I still haven’t received. I have called and left several voicemails and have sent several emails with no response! ArtNaturals voicemail says that they will be in touch within 24 hours and it’s been several weeks. DO NOT buy from this company. I WANT A REFUND.

I ordered and paid for my item about a month ago and it is still in processing. I was supposed to recieve it within 5-8 business days or something like that. Item has never shipped. I have sent an email inquiring about the status and have not heard back.

Art Naturals customer service and shipping sucks. You guys don't respond to emails unless its through paypal and shipping is extremely slow. The conditioner i purchased recently will be my last purchase with you guys. Due to the fact this isn't my first time having a problem with customer service. This would be my third all back to back to back. I'm not looking to repeat this headache a fourth time. So unfortunately this is goodbye
