Took 3 weeks to ship

Took 3 weeks to ship after I ordered it, and customer service was absolutely horrible when I tried to figure out why the order took so long. I’ve ordered from this company 5+ times prior to this order, but this will most likely be my last due to the absolute horrendous experience I had to go through. I can’t believe a company I thought was so good had such brutal and slow customer service who were zero help at all.

WHY AM I BEING ASKED

WHY AM I BEING ASKED TO SUBMIT THIS AGAIN??? I ordered the 'scent free' sanitizer on 3/21 and received the item on 3/24. It was Peppermint scented instead!! There was a pump in the bottle (which was a plus) but there was also about a cup missing... could it have been a used item??? I left a msg. for Customer Service that same day, and again 2 days later, but never got a reply. I live in the area and always try to support local businesses, especially during this Pandemic... I would have liked to have tried some of your other products, but your lack of Customer Service has cost you a repeat customer!!

Shipping was 3 weeks long

Shipping was 3 weeks long without any kind of notification from customer service whatsoever even after reaching out to you numerous times via phone and email. Just that alone makes me hesitant in placing any future orders with your company.
