shipping and ordering was horrible

Service/delivery process was problematic.

Fulfilment center shipped incorrect item initially. Artnaturals corrected the error and re-shipped correct item in a timely manner.

Shipping was great! Reasonable price

It actually took a long time to ship the masks that was suppose to be made or manufactor by Artnaturals. Did not answer emails or phone calls in a professional manner.
