Product fine but the unsub emails doesn't work and they havent responded to my email asking me to be removed. Product is fine but use a junk email

I wish i had instructions how to mix the ingredients correctly. I am not going to start business and sell products, i only need to make a cream for myself, so i do not want to enrol to a diploma course .
