Great product. This was a reorder. I have a pair in all my shoes

I was unaware of all the questions and answers needed before proceeding forward to fabricate the custom insoles, I was not prepared. I have so many pairs of shoes I simply could not be precise. Plus I am not computer savvy enough to download pictures of all of them from my camera onto my desktop to upload later and email them to the company. And I didn't want to hire a computer tech to charge me for doing it. My instincts told me to pass, and I never ignored my instincts (rightly or wrongly). So instead of putting the factory through the work of manufacturing a pair of soles which I would probably only return, I decided to do everyone a favor and pass. However, I now need to return the unused foot molding boxes, which I will do this week. I apologize, but ordering over the internet whether it is window shades or shoe soles is not for me. I am old-fashioned and need the proper help - which is not me.

Love my UPSTEPS, have had them for over a year and no longer have foot pain or blisters.
