I have been taking Green
I have been taking Green Lipped FFA for 3+ months and in my opinion there is improvement to my brain fog resulting from myalgic encephalomyelitis. I have considered taking a break to see if there is a noticeable difference if I don't take it, but I’m leary about the potential for going backwards.
