AOR over the years has consistently been a reputable company for a reason. I worked in local grocery stores and supplement shops and I would habitually bring customers towards the produce or whole food options rather than recommend a supplement. But there are times when supplements are needed or extremely useful. If the digestive tract is not in a good sate, I wouldn't recommend any supplements other ones to fix that problem as it is the baseline for how much the body will be able to absorb from the supplement. The second is the absorb-ability of what is the type of content sources, if it is a whole food source, organic or inorganic, ect ad AOR checkout in the regard when you look into their sourcing. Not only the quality but also the ethics of sourcing. I recently got the My BluePrint DNA kit as I will be away and won't be able to buy the products from abroad as easily luckily in the countryside where I am moving to healthy food is in abundance but I have never checks for any food sensitivities or how my DNA impacts me through what I choose, I'm still waiting for the final report but the diet report that comes first is very detailed, my only suggestion is that the document be color coded so that it's easier to skim. I personally am printing it out and using a highlighter. Some fundamental ones I will absolutely keep on hand is Ortho Sleep, Ortho Adapt (for test times and other high stress times) and Ortho Mind I'll take consistently until I feel I can manage without it. Over the more then 10 years I've been using AOR not only have I and my relatives benefited from AORs products but also my roommates whos had sleep and mood difficulties as well as countless customers at the stores I worked who realized the substantial difference from previously taking supplements that were cheaper but seemly did nothing to help.
