Annie International

I never received my package.

I purchased 8 packs of the Annie Cold Wave Rods Long 12Ct. As I began to complete the first portion of my hair, the white ends of the rods kept popping off. Initially, I thought it was a faulty pack, so I moved onto a second pack. I encountered the same issue with the second pack. I have included a picture of some of the faulty rods to this review. At this time, I am still waiting for a response to the refund request that I have emailed to Annie International.

Failed in service! I have had no response regarding PAID PRODUCTS NOT RECEIVED!! I will NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM ANNIE INTERNATIONAL AGAIN and I WILL ADVISE EVERYONE TO DO THE SAME.
