Although I am very pleased with the online purchase with Annie, I asked a question about what I could use other than the purchased clips to hold the rollers in place, and they never responded.

Order was rushed and well packaged despite not being complete. No response after multiple attempts to communicate the issue.

Brush is too narrow for effective use on hair

I needed to replace a comb- due to missing teeth on my old one. I thought I had found a replacement on the Annie International website- due to it being similar in appearance. After ordering, the comb that I received was completely different. I’m not upset- just disappointed. Not so much about the comb- but, that I paid an additional $5 in shipping for a $8 comb, and it turned out not to be what I was expecting.
