Big chunks and pure water simmer overnight in my slow cooker. Easy peas to prepare a batch. Refrigerate some in a jar to serve cold - or serve ladle some into a mug for a nice hot & healthy cup of Chaga tea.

A little goes a long way with this tea! Per the instructions, you can keep re-seeping the tea and it still has great potency, for several steeps! Bonus.. it tastes great!
