I pretty much use chaga powder daily and it has defended me from colds that my girlfriend got and I managed to fight em off.. I take vitamins too. Something’s working idk which or just all the combo but I’m not changing a thing I also love the soaps and lotions.

So happy I found Annanda Change a few years ago. Using various products from them, most of all the chaga soaps.
