The customer service is excellent and products fresh from the source. No in between middle man controlling production and quality. My favorite is their chaga tea bags that I make 7 cup of Chaga Tea every weekend in my crockpot, I use it in my morning mocha latte, mix with Alex Low acid coffee for my work week.
