As someone who works in academia, this tonic has been a lifesaver on the days where stress or life cause brain fog. I will sometimes take it in the middle of the day, during the afternoon slump and I'm instantly revitalized and able to focus or after my morning coffee if I still feel slugglish. I find that it gives me the energy and clarity I need to complete my tasks without feeling jittery. I will say, for me, it is potent-so I don't take it after 3pm because it makes it more difficult for me to fall asleep. That being said, I love it and it will become part of my regular rotation.
