I’m too new a user to be able to comment on the AngelLift strips but Emma Ann in the Service Center was wonderfully responsive. Very helpful. I wish there were more FAQs posted or included in the package but Emma Ann was a lovely resource.

There was a problem with getting the wrong item that I ordered so I emailed customer support. Not only were they apologetic but also quick to remedy the situation. They went above and beyond what I expected!

Hello, I purchased the collagen angel lift strips some months ago. Unfortunately, I was still waiting for results regarding smoother upper lip vertical lines that have been starting. When I reached out to the customer service staff, they were very understanding and kind and offered me a stronger angel lift version at no cost except shipping. I thought they were wonderful to do this. Can’t wait to start the new angel lift strips. 🌸

Ordered my first Ange Lift, and accidentally was sent the wrong item. Upon contacting customer service, Emma Ann from customer support was quick to respond, and promptly provided for the correction! It’s nice to have such quick and courteous problem resolution these days!!
