I love both the product and AL's customer service! I've used the product for approximately a month now and had already started seeing positive lift and contour around my mouth between 2nd & 3rd week. I use it every evening (after brushing my teeth) and while reading for 15-30 minutes, before laying the lifts onto the bedside table and going to sleep. Truly easy, comfortable & works!!
