Could only rate 4 stars as didn’t receive the whole order. The glow didn’t come with the detox and calm. And by the time the glow was on the way. I had moved to a different county so couldn’t take advantage of it. The mushrooms are great and would definitely buy those again. They really do aid a great nights sleep

I feel it doesn't last long enough & its not cheap thankyou anyway
