Poor shipping - only one received
Poor customer service as when I did receive it it was damaged.
Decided to upgrade and got a 10% discount of better trolley and had to pay a £6 difference. Tbh for all the hassle I had I felt this was churlish to charge this.
Eg I had told them of damage and return was arranged then asked for photos of damage meaning I had to umpackage it again. Many emails back and forth. I’ll continue to use my previous wholesaler.
